xG Technology and Directview performed preliminary integration and assessment of the new Directview body-worn camera product at xG Technology’s central engineering facility located in Sunrise, FL. The first results indicated that Directview’s camera hardware was effortlessly accepted by the xMax system. The data also showed that video transmissions were easily done over the xMax network.
Both companies said that they have plans to extend the beta phase of testing so that they opt for field testing of the combined Directview and iMax system with law enforcement and many other security related firms in the coming months. It will help them to prepare a full product launch in this year.
