Airborne Wireless closes private placements of its shares periodically. It has not released any convertible instruments, of any kind. Those private placements deals are, usually, are for a unit, comprising of (a) shares of the firm’s common stock and a warrant rated at a premium. The common stock pricing is at a fixed-price on the issuance date of those units.
The firm urges shareholders to rely only on updates offered by it in its public filings with the U.S. SEC and press releases. It plans to advance a premium broadband airborne wireless network by networking commercial aircraft in flight. Aircrafts in this network will act as a router receiving and sending broadband signals from one aircraft to another building a digital superhighway.
