Bullfrog Gold Corp (OTCMKTS:BFGC) – The New Gold Revolution, and the Next Hot Prospect

Investors looking for gold in them there markets, Take heed!

The gold space has certainly had its ups and downs, but the big bad bear market of 2011-2015 came and went, and some incredible values can be found in the gold mining sector nowadays.

This is especially true of the junior gold miners.

During the last leg, Alamos Gold Inc (US) (NYSE:AGI) powered 347% higher in just 6 months. IAMGOLD Corp (USA) (NYSE:IAG) went 395% over just about the same period.

Our research indicates that a similar move may be getting started right now in the junior gold space.

The question is this: Which stock will be the stand out star this time around?

Look no further than Bullfrog Gold Corp (OTCMKTS:BFGC). Based on our research, this is the finest horse in the race. And the market is starting to pick up on that. In the past year, shares of Bullfrog are up over 900%, and for good reason.

The company is expanding fast, and reducing its cost of production and increasing its potential capacity at the same time, and by virtue of a series of very clever moves. For example:

  • Bullfrog neatly side-stepped the bear market in gold in recent years by driving costs to a minimum level, retiring $3M in debt at a substantial discount when counterparties were glad to recover anything from mining companies, terminating two high-cost projects, and acquiring assets at rock bottom prices that now pose significant future production value as the gold market readies for a potentially dramatic rise.
  • Bullfrog acquired access to Barrick’s entire data base in the Bullfrog mining district of Nevada, including 157 miles of drilling in 1,298 deep drill holes that would cost over $40 million to recreate today. That looks like it will turn into 470,000 ounces of heap leachable gold mineralization without the cost of the drilling.

Do I have your attention yet?

Bullfrog is run by David Beling, who has been in the precious metals industry for 52 years. This is a man who knows how the game is played. The company has started to ramp up their resources just at the right time.

The impact of the election of Donald Trump cannot be underestimated for players in the Gold sector.

The programs we believe to be coming include a lot that will help the country, but all of it will blow up US debt obligations to unprecedented levels.

In addition, spending a trillion dollars on infrastructure will be a boom for the prices of all metals, including precious metals.

The narrative here is the transition from a disinflationary boom to an inflationary boom. It is the signal flare for the gold market.

The LME metal inventories are at five year lows already.

The bond market is already showing you all you need to see to understand where this is going: demand, inflation, debt, and metals all normally run together in this type of market context.

If you look at all assets outside of real estate, gold makes up less than 1% of the total. That’s why the moves here can be so dramatic: once new money starts to come into assets allocations associated with a higher rate of inflation, the impact on gold-related assets often casts a massive shadow over other price moves.

All of this takes us back to one simple question: Which junior gold miner will star in this show?

Once again, we say, look no further than Bullfrog Gold Corp (OTCMKTS:BFGC). Shares of the stock are pricing at just $0.12/share. The float is small, at under 30M shares. The company has tiny current liabilities and hugely productive assets in place.

Did you know that for most gold companies, the cost of producing an ounce of gold is around $1175?

In most cases, commodities can’t trade much below the cost of production because their pricing is dependent upon supply and demand. If the price on the market falls below the cost of production, supply will shrink precipitously, thereby forcing an increase in price. Right now, gold is nearly at this level.

Given Bullfrog’s prescient maneuvering, they will have a lower cost of production than most other players, according to our analysis.

That gives this stock a huge edge, and is a key reason we expect it to outperform other junior miners going forward.
