Mr. Yan, who brings a wealth of experience from his distinguished career in the agricultural and industrial sectors, steps into his new role with a strong background in corporate leadership and growth. Currently serving as Vice-Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Yan was one of the principal founders of Ausnutria Dairy Corporation Ltd., a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. During his tenure as Chairman, Ausnutria grew to become a global leader in the dairy industry. Additionally, Mr. Yan served as a director of Yuan Longping High-tech Agriculture Co., Ltd. (“Longping High-tech”), listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, where he held key executive roles, including CEO and Vice Chairman.

Mr. Yan’s previous experience with Origin Agritech, where he served as an independent director from 2017 to 2018, further strengthens his understanding of the company’s operations and strategic direction.
