Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN) has elected Deborah Wahl as a member of company’s Board, effective immediately. In her most recent role, Wahl served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President at McDonald’s, USA. The firm also reported that Jeff Housenbold and Brad Keywell will depart the Board.
