VPR Brands LP (OTCMKTS:VPRB) has bought the wholesale operations assets of Vapor Corp (OTCMKTS:VPCO), effective July, 2016. The firm will be consolidating its businesses and moving into the warehouse facility and office that supports the wholesale segment. It will be engaging all of the 13 personnel of Vapor Corp accountable for logistics and sales.

The highlights

The bought operations includes the websites, inventory, wholesale customer accounts and brand trademarks. The brands cover Honey Stick an open tank mod specially advanced and planned to be utilized for essential oils. It has been becoming popular in recreational and medical marijuana legal states. Next it covers Vaporin brand, which is a premium entry level product sold countrywide in smoke shops, gas stations and convenience stores. In the brand list, the third product that has acquired a place is VaporX brand.

It is an open tank system plan for the experienced Vape client priced under $100 and sold at retail in custom display. More products include Hooka Stix brand “cigalikes”, which are electronic cigarettes developed to appear as a tobacco cigarette. ‎All of these businesses will be included to VPR Brands’ portfolio along with recently introduced brands.

The details

VPR acquisition of Vapor wholesale business assets comes at a time when new deeming regulations have started taking place. The company will be able to sell these goods while going through the regulatory procedure. ‎With no new offering being permitted to come to industry, VPR is in a unique spot to benefit on the existing products.

Kevin Frija, who is the CEO of VPR Brands said that this opportunity has come at most exciting times.
