Frontier Communications Corp (NASDAQ:FTR) launched its first ‘Frontier Premier Retail outlets’ in Southern California, picking locations in the cities of Pomona and Norwalk. These stores will offer clients a higher level of individual interaction, aid local community engagement and boost firm’s business presence in the region.

Presenting interactive demo stations, expert staff and HD flat-screen TVs, the Frontier Premier outlets provides clients a relaxed environment. The community and customers were invited to grand opening event on October 12, 2016 for the Norwalk store and also on October 13, 2016 for the Pomona store. Both events welcomed the guests from morning till 3 pm. The company arranged for ribbon-cutting ceremonies, after which guests enjoyed giveaways and refreshment, including chance to get $100 VISA gift cards in three separate lucky winners drawings at each location.
At the recently opened stores, clients can explore more about Frontier Secure, a complete suite of services and products. This suite covers solutions for identity theft, credit protection, equipment and device protection, device security, the “connected home” and the list goes on.
Interactive stations will cover Frontier’s Nest products, which is a series of state-of-the-art smart home equipments that aid in the mechanizing key household areas. The examples of such areas are climate control, security and smoke detection. These 3 stores of Frontier use a no-cash-transaction policy. It will not provide set-top box drop-off, bill paying or exchanges services.
