Adaiah Distribution Inc (OTCMKTS:ADHH) has received a second sales purchase order for its flagship product. The order was for 100 pillows from a customer based in Hong Kong. The $5,000 order affirms growing demand for the company’s not only in the US but also overseas. An initial order for the therapeutic health pillow from another customer allowed the company to rake in $10,944 on the sale of 218 pillows.
Angelini Trading Acquisition
The company has moved to bolster its sales channel and business operation with the signing of a letter of intent for the acquisition of Angelini Trading Company. The transaction will be regarded as a private transaction with shares being issued as restricted shares under Regulation D as per agreed terms.
The California-based company is a renowned distributor of premium affordable wines made for the US consumers. With the acquisition, Adaiah should be able to gain access to important distribution channels for its products.
“We are very excited to become the leading subsidiary of Adaiah Distribution, Inc, and to have access to the resources and leadership they can bring to bear as we continue our rollout of our premium line of Caponero wines,” said Daniel Gallardo Wagner, Vice President of U.S. Operations for Angelini Trading Company.
Adaiah Big Plan
Adaiah has also confirmed that its top priority with the acquisition is the national roll out of Angelini’s Caponero brand wines. More than 200 retail outlets have so far placed purchase orders with additional orders and deliveries set to be announced going forward.
Adaiah is to operate Angelini Trading as a wholly owned subsidiary as it moves to bolster its business model and operations. In addition to providing unique distribution channels, the California-based Corporation should go a long way in expanding ADHH operations into the business of distributing wines.
Even with Angelini Trading capture, Adaiah Distribution Inc (OTCMKTS:ADHH) insists that it is still exploring other opportunities that have the potential to grow its core business as per the original business plan.
