Terra Tech Corp (OTCMKTS:TRTC) subsidiary firm MediFarm announced that they are soon going to commence the construction of medical cannabis dispensary located in Las Vegas. The facility is located next to the Las Vegas strip.
The details
MediFarm originally acquired a provisional registration certificate from Nevada’s Department of Health and Human Services last year. Subsequently, Terra Tech subsidiary submitted its Business License Application to Department of Planning Business Licensing at end of last year. The Company expects all improvements will be concluded soon and the facility will start serving patients by October 2015.

The CEO Derek Peterson said that Terra Tech have recorded great progress in the State of Nevada in 2015. They have been working with the builders and architects on multiple projects across the state. The Las Vegas retail dispensary is going to the first location to commence and will act as anchor outlet within the state. The company has been working with other firms in Nevada to secure premium quality cannabis products to stock store shelves for patients.

The CEO further added that they are focused on offering the highest quality experience to their patients throughout the state. It is their top most priority. The management is of view that the team’s expertise with advanced products with certain ailments and pairing strains will give a distinct identity to the company. On the basis of products and new approvals the company will be in a better place to earn a competitive advantage on its competitors. In last trading session, the stock price of Terra Tech Corp (OTCMKTS:TRTC) surged more than 2% to close the trading session at $0.150. The gains came at a share volume of 662,997 compared to average share volume of 1.09 million.
