FONU2 Inc (OTCMKTS:FONU) reported that Lisa Scarbrough joined Moon River Studios to serve as Vice President of Social Media. In the past six years, she was associated with Paula Deen Enterprises & Paula Deen Ventures. Prior to it she worked as senior web developer with web site design and marketing company, eMarketSouth.
The details
Ms. Scarbrough holds degrees from Duquesne University, Andrew College and Georgia Southern University, and will complete her Master in public relations this year from Kent State University. Expressing her views on her new role, she said that as an Effingham resident, she has been following FONU2’s progress and the turn around. She added that she looks forward to working with the expert team to convert their vision into life.
Engineering and permitting update
FONU2 released a briefing to the Industrial Development Authority of Effingham County. The Company stated that in April 2015, they submitted engineering and design schemes for the water lines for first Phase of the film studio project for approval. On May 18, 2015, they submitted other plans for the initial roads and main entrance for the planned project for approval. Foley Design Associates Architects, Inc. reworked on the Master Plan after the team received feedback and comments from Effingham County. The company confirmed that the revised Master Plan was accepted by the Planning Board.
The management speaks
On May 19, 2015 Effingham County accepted numerous requested amendments to the zoning, particularly in regards to water treatment and buffer areas. Hussey, Gay, Bell, & DeYoung, the engineers of FONU2 are working on the plans for the Phase I sound stages. Steven Wohlfeil, the principal of team, said that they continue to make steady and strong progress. He added that he is delighted with the filings for the entrance and water line permits.
In last trading session, the stock price of FONU surged more than 7% to close the trading session at $0.0150.
