Roadships Hldg Inc (OTCMKTS:RDSH) stated that it finalized a share exchange agreement to obtain 90% voting control in Click Evidence Inc. The company will pay almost 17.96 billion shares of its common stock to acquire the voting rights. The agreement, which is expected to conclude on May 28, will bring advanced capability to transport business segment, headed by the CEO and founder, Micheal Nugent.
The business plan
Roadships disclosed that its transport business segment will look after the development activities of its Intermodal Transport System. The company states it as a major infrastructure-based project that will serve as a strong base to initiate transportation of road transport trailers by mode of blue water highways.

Roadships technology division was created in year 2014 with an aim to support transport-based applications. From there on it has witnessed considerable success with the setting of Polybia Studios. The next step on progress path is the acquisition of Click Evidence. Dr. Jon N. Leonard, the President of Click will head the technology division. The collaborative working association will now transform into a one single entity.

The acquisition of Click Evidence will help Roadships to fuel its transport technology expansion activities.
