Hemp Inc (OTCMKTS:HEMP) And Dewmar International BMC Inc (OTCMKTS:DEWM) said that they will officially introduce Kush Cake on April 14 at the Big Industry Show and Horticulture 360. These are hemp-infused chocolate brownies. The new show is scheduled for two day that features hundreds of wholesalers and buyers across the world in the smoke shop market.
The management speaks
Marco Moran, the CEO of Dewmar, said that the official industry introduction of the hemp infused brownies will be draped in psychedelic tie-dye banners. The company expects thousands of visitors to visit the booth and get the details about the product. Also, the plan is to distribute more than 2,000 free Kush Cake samples to registered attendees. A large part of the attendees include adult store and smoke shop industry representatives or buyers of such firms that will be future retailers of the hemp-infused chocolate brownies. The product will also be showcased in the next issue of the upcoming Buyers Industry Guide.
The deal
Dewmar finalized a deal with Hemp during the first quarter of 2014. The deal was entered with Hemp’s IHMMCC. The launch of Kush Cakes makes the first successful conclusion of the company’s Hemp Ambassador Program. Moran said that he and Dannion are both veterans, having been placed at Marine Corps bases across the nation; re-introducing Kush Cakes has been a main priority for Dewmar since Kush Cakes was formulated by High Margins, Inc. back in 2011.
The expectations
Hemp Inc (OTCMKTS:HEMP) Chief Executive Bruce Perlowin will be present at the event as he has been stated as the face of the Kush Cakes brand for the definite channel of distribution with the mark. The company is also only looking for the best bakeries but also trying to find the innovative and best bakers. In last trading session, Hemp stock price declined 3.04% to close at $0.0223 and stock price of Dewmar surged 7.41% to close at $0.00580.
